Voxeo Customer Summit EMEA: Creating Synergies

Pretty exciting developments as Berlin played host city to Voxeo’s first EMEA Customer Summit. Presence Technology was a Gold Sponsor of this year’s event. Presence’s sponsorship gave us the opportunity to learn more about VOXEO’s background, their preferred partners and its customer base for Voice Objects (Voxeo’s application creation, management and analytics software).

This event provided the perfect opportunity to learn in detail Voxeo's business strategy for the region, directed to relationship with carriers and business operations based on a Hosted model.
There is a very clear synergy between Voxeo and Presence solutions that is increasingly becoming stronger in Europe. Most of Voxeo´s partners that we met at the summit either lacked multichannel solutions in their portfolio or had very limited background in terms of telephony, mainly referring to ToIP, and not necessarily Contact Centers.

This opportunity cleared the way for Presence solutions to "close the loop". Bring together Voxeo, experts in their technology, and Presence’s know-how and experience with Contact Centers. The new partnership offers a completely integrated Contact Center solution. The end result allows both companies and their partners and customers to compete directly with Genesys or Avaya solutions.
So, to sum it up, the partnership between Voxeo and Presence opens many interesting possibilities for all of them, such as:
- Effective interaction between new potential business partners for the region.
- Complementarity solution / portfolio for Voxeo and Presence partners.
- Penetration of the operator´s business, solving Voxeo’s lack of multichannel management.

Going forward, we need continuously monitor the development of the integration between Presence Suite and Prophecy (Voxeo IVR platform) as well as roadmap any planned integrations with other Voxeo Labs solutions. This will allow us to fully develop the potential of both platforms and provide truly innovate functionalities to the end user.
