Nils Bildt, who still is the CEO, founded the company in 1992. Teleopti has grown steadily and is doing so at an increasing pace.  Our strategy has been to stay cautious and has been financed through our own income. This has created a solid company with sustainable and self-generated growth, one that has been profitable every year. A high level of profit secures future support and further development and we believe that this also promotes satisfied customers and owners. In January 1998 we had 9 employees, a year later there were 25 of us. Today the company has more than 100 employees.
