Partners Training

Our Partner training sessions are focused on providing with an in-depth understanding of Presence’s Suite. Throughout the several training programs available, partners will be able to design the architecture of the solution, install, configure and provide best-in-class support to their customers.

There are four types of certification depending on the partner needs:

Oriented to engineers that want to be certified to install, deploy, and support Presence Suite v11

Duration: 5 days on-site + 1 day on-line for the final test.

Oriented to engineers that currently hold a Presence Core Certification on version 10 and want to get upgraded their certification to v11

The estimated duration of this unattended training is 3 days

Presence Web Interactions Certification v11 is the course designed for the web developers that want to learn in depth Presence Suite Web modules (chat, web call back, and form collaboration) integrations.

Presence Developer Certification v11 is the course designed for the IT developers that will integrate the Presence suite solution with the tools used by the customer (i.e. CRM). The students will learn the several methods to get integrated with Presence available (Active X, Web Services, Automation Objects, HTTP requests, Custom Reports). Advanced Intelligent Routing and Advanced Scripting are also part of this course.
