Presence Suite 11.1 incorporates new features and integrations with other products from the Enghouse Interactive portfolio

Madrid, January 14, 2019 - Enghouse Interactive announces today the availability of Presence Suite version 11.1. This new version is part of Enghouse Interactive continuous evolution policy, which allows customers to implement new features gradually on their platforms.
The new version 11.1 includes numerous features to improve the management and performance of the Contact Center and extends its capability integrating with other products available the Enghouse Interactive portfolio that complements the functionalities offered by Presence Suite.

Specifically, this version includes integration with Communications Portal (CP), self-service platform that provides advanced IVR capabilities, and integration with Quality Management Suite (QMS), solution that delivers end-to-end quality management for the Contact Centers.
