Presence Technology offers its customers different types of maintenance services, with packages that adapt to the customer's needs to guarantee a high-quality personalized service. The different types of maintenance are:

  • Standard maintenance: this includes the provision of standard services during the working hours.
  • Extended maintenance: this includes weekly services from Monday to Friday.
  • 24x7 maintenance: this includes full-time service where a service contact is available the entire week and at any time.


The Presence maintenance services offer the customer many advantages:

Presence will update licenses if new software versions are acquired.  The customer is able to access updates on previously acquired software versions without any additional cost. The technical department periodically publishes new product versions on the Presence Technology website. The customer will be able to receive notifcations regarding the new product versions every time the technical department releases a new version or update.  Functional improvements are also added to previously acquired software at no additional cost.

The customer will have web access to Technical and Functional Documentation. The customer will recieve a personal user ID given to them by the Presence technical department in order to consult all the required manuals on solutions (installation manuals, integration manuals, configuration manuals and user manuals).
