Presence North America has been busy this Spring!

We are gaining momentum with our Dialer Challenge campaign, which is generating a lot of buzz in the outsourcing industry.  Do you want to take our challenge?!  Find out more about the Dialer on our homepage.   We have attended several partner conferences, the ATA (now PACE) annual convention, and we joined our friends at CirriusImpact at the NICE User Group Conference in Nashville.  By participating in all of these events, we are able to get out and talk to customers, partners, and end users to find out what the biggest needs and challenges are in the Contact Center industry.  One of the hottest topics we heard over and over was First Call Resolution (FCR).  So, based on that, we timed our webinar series launch to commence following these events, with the topic of First Call Resolution.   Our first monthly webinar will take place on May 29th at 2 PM EST.  If you are interested in registering, please visit our events page, www.presenceco.com/events.  The webinar series will be an educational forum focused on the needs and challenges of individuals in the Contact Center, and we will provide relevant and timely information to use in day to day business operations.    Let us know what topics you would like to see in upcoming webinars!  Do you agree that FCR is a major challenge for most Contact Centers?
